Delivery & Shipping

Su Casa Delivery is a white glove service, including setup and inspection of all pieces, as well as the removal of all packing and shipping materials and debris. Our delivery team is professional, courteous, and conscientious, and upholds our dedication to your satisfaction. Our deliveries are by appointment, 5 days a week. Please let us know ahead of time about any special equipment or extra help we might need on a delivery, it goes a long way to avoiding difficulties like fitting your furniture or worse, damaging your home! Likewise, if you’re unsure about a piece fitting down a stairwell or making a turn in a hallway, let us know, we have often times gone to homes to measure before an order is placed. Every delivery presents unique circumstances and we do our best to avoid problems, but cannot guarantee every delivery to be flawless. We aim to make the delivery process as easy as possible.
Su Casa Delivery
We offer free delivery on all purchases over $1000 to Baltimore, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George’s and Anne Arundel counties, as well as Baltimore City.
Any purchase under $1000 can be delivered to these places for only $75.
If you are purchasing off one of our showroom floors or from our stock, at the time of your purchase, we can look at our delivery schedule for our earliest availability.
If special ordering*, as soon as we receive your piece(s), we will then call you to set up a delivery time.
Outside of our delivery area? No problem, we also offer shipping via UPS. If interested in Freight Shipping, please call for more details, as those fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
*You’ll be quoted a lead time when you place your order.

Returns & Replacements

Small Goods:
We will gladly accept and facilitate returns of all small non-furniture items with an original receipt. With the receipt, you will receive a 100% refund for all unused items returned in their original condition. Without an original receipt, we will do our best to give you a store credit for the current selling price but cannot guarantee the return.

Furniture + Upholstery + Rugs:
If you need to return furniture, upholstery, or a rug: We can take it back on our delivery truck at the time of delivery and will issue a 100% refund for the merchandise, but unfortunately, we cannot refund any delivery fees that may apply. If we need to come back to pick an item up within 48 hours of the original delivery appointment, we will issue a 100% refund for the merchandise – less a $150 pickup fee. Or, if you’d like, we can issue a 100% store credit with no pickup fee charged. Unfortunately, if you decide to return something beyond the initial 48 hours, we will have to apply the $150 pickup fee, and will only be able to refund a maximum of 70% of the purchase price. All merchandise will be considered final sale after the initial 14 days, except in the case of manufacturer’s defect, at which point we will work to repair or replace the item at no charge to you. All rugs are considered a final sale and cannot be returned, after you’ve had them for 7 days.

All sale and discounted items are sold on a final sale basis and are NOT returnable/refundable. In addition, mattresses are not returnable after delivery. All special order items modified from the original manufacturer’s specifications (adding a welt, changing cushions, customer's own material, etc.) are final sale.

In Store: 
It’s always helpful to bring measurements and have an idea of what you’d like to have in your home (colors + styles), but we have a dedicated and knowledgeable staff should you need some assistance. Need larger scale help? We also have Interior Design Services. When you are placing your order, you’ll receive a lead time of when you’ll expect your furniture to arrive in our warehouse.

Enjoy shopping on our website! We have gift cards, small decorative items, and beautiful furniture for any space. A small caveat if you're shopping online for furniture, this site isn’t equipped to configure a specialized piece (upholstered chair, sectional, sofa, etc.). You can definitely add the style you want to the shopping cart and complete your order, just know that a customer service associate will call you to verify what you’re exactly wanting (fabrics, leg finish, other style selections) and make any adjustments to the final cost. As it is right now, our shipping costs must be calculated on a case by case basis. Most pricing on the web is for the most common piece for that style, but some upholstered pieces shown might be priced to reflect premium options.

What happens after you special order? If you need to make any adjustments to your order or your items, we urge you to do so as soon as possible. Changes will restart your lead time, and we don’t want you waiting any longer than you have to. Our lead times are based on our history of working with a particular manufacturer and represent our best estimate of how long it will take to get your furniture. We always do our best to meet or beat our lead times, but every once in a while we may experience a delay that is beyond our control; for this reason, we cannot make absolute promises that your furniture will arrive on a specific day unless it is from our inventory.

As soon as your items arrive at our warehouse, we will call you to schedule a delivery appointment or arrange for customer pick-up, depending on what was discussed at the time of your order. If you are not ready for your furniture to be delivered right away, we don’t charge for storage, but we do require that any open balance remaining be paid within 30 days of arrival to the warehouse.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Su Casa works with PayPal as our payment processor for our online store. They are safe and PCI compliant, meaning our systems are secure and your information is safe. You do not need a PayPal account to complete an order with us.
We do our best to ensure that the prices displayed for products on this website represent the correct price for the product on any given day, however, due to the fact that our vendors regularly change prices, we cannot guarantee that every price is absolutely accurate every day. Consequently, the price shown on this site or on an internet posting may not reflect the most recent price for the product as offered by Su Casa. Despite our best efforts and intentions, products on our website may not reflect the correct price or worse - be unavailable. Prices shown on our website do not include shipping fees. Please call one of our stores for more details and the shipping fees will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Interested in one of upholstered pieces and curious as to what the cushion will be like? Below is a guide to help illustrate what we offer. Some styles only come with what is standard to that piece (no upgrades). Some style options are considered upgrades and have charges that will apply, of course, that all depends on the style you're interested in. Your best bet is to stop in and give your seat a sit and see what feels best to you.

We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to the user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
